In our next employee spotlight, we are delighted to introduce you to one of our newest team members here at Office Specialists Inc. (OSI), Laurie Knosher. She just began with us this month but we are looking forward to seeing her grow and learn.

Laurie is working in our customer support and sales department. This has been a perfect fit for her because she loves helping customers. Also, she has known a lot of the customers for several years so she has been able to continue relationship building with them. We asked Laurie why she chose to work with us here and she said that she loved the wonderful reputation that OSI has in customer service and the wide variety of products and services that we offer.

Being born and raised here in Galesburg, she is able to continue in her background in sales and retail management in her hometown. Laurie has two sons, one who is a senior at Monmouth College and younger son who is a junior at Galesburg High School. In her spare time she enjoys going to her son’s basketball games, spending time in her garden and baking gluten free goods.

Laurie, we look forward to working with you and we can’t wait to try those gluten free baked goods in the break room.
